This is the place where we all pull together

A place of caring, passionate and talented people, all playing to their strengths to deliver the very best experience for our teams and the patients we treat. A safe and clean hospital is a happy and healthy hospital and every single member of our Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring we meet these high standards.

Making a difference in healthcare doesn’t mean you need to wear a lab coat or a stethoscope. From our gardeners and ground staff to porters, domestics and catering teams, security, engineering and car parking – everyone has a part to play. For many roles, no formal qualifications are required either. It’s more important to us that you’ve a conscientious approach, take pride in your work and are passionate about helping to provide the best possible experience for patients and their families.

Some skilled or trade roles will require relevant qualifications and experience. And we also offer the chance to undertake apprenticeships to boost your skills and open up your future potential. But whatever role you choose, we’ll support you with the creation of a personal development plan, access to training and some great opportunities for career progression.

By choosing to work in our support services, you are opening up doors to a varied and spontaneous career. Many of our employees have moved into admin roles, into healthcare positions or have obtained management posts. It’s up to you, where you want to take your career.
